SPECIFICATIONS

 

CHASSIS:       2200 lb torsion axle with, electric brakes, 15" tires & wheels, single

                        contour fenders, coupler frame for 2" ball with top crank jack, safety

                        chains, 12 volt lights with 7 way plug.

 

FIRE BOX:      Stainless Steel, 20" wide by 60" long at the street side. (space for 3

                        "Cookies")

 

STOVE:           Camp Chef, 60series Explorer, 2 burner propane stove at curbside rear.

 

GRILL:             Custom charcoal grill, 20" wide by 24" long with strongbox lid at the

                        curbside front.

 

BOOT:            18" by 18' by 48" long, single fold down door with locking T handle at the

                        rear under the chuck box. One, 5 gallon water carrier mounted at the

                        street side and one, 5 gallon propane tank mounted at the curbside.

 

CHUCK BOX: 36" high by 44" wide, the sides taper from 18" deep at the base to 15"

                        deep at the top. Two horizontal shelves with one vertical divider provide

                        handy storage for food and preparation items. The rear door folds down

                        for a food preparation table. 

 

COONIE:         A two door storage box, 11" high by 24" wide by 60" long.

 

JOCKY BOX:  Front platform, 18" wide by 60" long, with side boards and tie hooks.

 

ROOF:            Galvanized metal over roof bows with a 14" by 14" crank vent at the center.

                        An integrated storage tray provides for the storage of 4, 30" by 60" tables.

 

CANVAS:         The front sheet can be rolled up for extra ventilation. The side sheets

                        fold out to provide overhead shelter. The canvas is secured by snaps

                        for storage and travel.

 

PAINT:             Stainless Steel and galvanized metal to remain natural. Steel parts to be painted

                        one color.
